At New Moon, we honour time as sacred—yours and ours. Every service we offer is prepared with deep intention, spiritual energy, and respect for the sacred exchange between client and practitioner. Our refund policy reflects that commitment to mutual respect, accountability, and clarity.

1. No Refunds for Completed Services

All readings, sessions, and spiritual services are non-refundable once delivered.
Energetic work is not a product that can be returned—it is time, intuition, and presence invested.

Once the flame is lit, the magic is cast—there’s no rewinding fate.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the session is forfeited entirely.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once, provided you contact us at least 48 hours before your original appointment.
Late rescheduling requests (within 48 hours of the session) will be treated as cancellations.

4. Technical Issues & Reader Delays

  • If technical issues occur on our end, or if your practitioner is late, you will receive your full allotted session time or a reschedule at no additional cost.

  • If you experience technical issues or arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No refunds or time extensions will be granted.

5. Digital Products and Gift Cards

All digital downloads, rituals, meditations, and gift cards are non-refundable upon purchase.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Life can throw shadows. If something serious and unexpected occurs, you may contact us with your situation. While refunds are not guaranteed, we may offer store credit or rescheduling options at our discretion—once.
