3.1 Booking Services

Appointments for readings, consultations, or other spiritual services can be made through our online booking system. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or through the platform.

3.2 Payment

All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. We use secure third-party payment processors. By completing your booking, you authorize them to charge your selected payment method.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3.4 Late Arrivals

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time will not be added, and refunds or rescheduling will not be granted for missed minutes.

  • If we (or your reader/practitioner) are late, you will still receive your full allocated session time, either immediately following the delay or at a mutually agreed rescheduled time.

3.5 Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure you have stable internet or phone access at the time of your session;

  • Be present, sober, and in a quiet, private space where you can fully engage;

  • Arrive on time. We recommend logging in or calling at least 10 minutes early to prepare.

We do not extend or re-do sessions due to technical issues on your end unless a 48 hour prior notice is given and a reschedule is agreed upon.

4. Digital and Physical Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., downloadable meditations, spell kits, PDF guides) are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
